    This is a great resource. I used in a class I took recently and found it very easy to read and apply. It’s not your run of the mill (dry and boring) book on performance management but rather a practical tool that should be on every manager’s bookshelf. It contains great illustrations of real-life situations that show why traditional forms of management and performance appraisal often are not effective and how impactful real performance management can be.
