Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Due to the high costs of shipping outside of North America, we do not ship physical goods outside of the USA and Canada. However, don't despair, since our electronic downloadable versions can be ordered and received anywhere in the world, and "delivery" is almost immediate, there's no shipping charge for digital downloads, and they are priced at a lower rate.

Since rush/express shipping is also very expensive and will usually exceed the cost of the goods, at present we do not provide it as an option. Again, if you need anything quickly, please purchase the digital versions of the products. Digital versions are exact replicas of the printed versions, and you can download immediately, and yes, you CAN print them.

We believe companies should NOT make a profit on shipping, or list products at a low price and pad the final price with shipping costs. For this reason we actually charge you a bit less than it costs us to ship to you. Here's how it works.

We set shipping costs PER WEIGHT of the final order, using a flat rate system. So for example, if you order one of our larger books, the flat rate would be $8.00. If you add a helpcard or two to the same order, the shipping charge would probably remain at $8.00 since helpcards don't weigh much.

Shipping Times

We do our best to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you choose the physical products. There is no wait time for you to download the digital versions.

At this time we ship from Canada, so please be advised that shipping time can vary considerably from order to order. Increased border security has made it a bit slower than before, so count on 2 weeks (minimum) to receive your order from time of shipment. Again, if that's a problem, please purchase the digital version.

We hope to implement faster shipping options in the future.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items (physical products) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We Trust Our Customers

We trust you. For that reason, and recognizing it's hard to determine if something will meet your needs, you can return items if they are not what you expected. Downloadable versions of our product are a bit trickier, because they are the same as software, DVD's etc, which normally are not returnable anywhere. That said, if you are disappointed, EMAIL us at ceo@work911.com explaining the situation, and we'll work with you to ensure your satisfaction
